All pet foods and medication are to be provided by the client.
A fuel/mileage charge may be added to the client’s bill (25p per mile) after the first five miles.
All Bank Holidays will be charged at time and a half the normal rate.
An initial visit and consultation must take place before each new booking at a charge of £5.00.
All work carried out will be invoiced at the end of the month for immediate payment.
